Fred will, as a rule, meet you at Roland Martin Marina at a predetermined time the morning of your trip. You will be fishing out of a Triton Bass Boat with a Mercury Optimax. This is a large, comfortable boat with plenty of storage for stowing gear etc. When using wild shiners and live bait, Fred will furnish the tackle. Live bait is always at customer's expense and will normally be purchased at the marina that morning. Fred is a firm believer in "Catch and Release" but can help you arrange a taxidermist if you want to have a replica mount made of a trophy catch.

Fred is a licensed US Coast Guard Captain and uses the late model Triton boats, Mercury motors, and professional tackle. He will not only help you have a great day on the water, but teach you many tricks and tips on how to bass fish. From locating fish to deciding what method to use for catching them, he will explain the how and why of the things that make professionals like himself so good at the art of bass fishing.
